Stormwater Poster Contest
Clean River Partners works alongside the City of Northfield to promote community education on important topics like stormwater pollution prevention! Our goal is to help everyone understand how their daily choices can make a big difference in water quality. The stormwater poster contest engages students in grades 2-5 to create posters that reflect the theme “stormwater pollution solutions.”
Who can participate?
The contest is open to Northfield students in grades 2-5.
What is the timeline?
Posters are due by Friday, May 2, at 12:00 PM.
Submit your finished poster to the City of Northfield Engineering Office in person or by mail:

What are the prizes?
First-place winners will receive an individual season pass to the Northfield Pool.
Second-place winners will receive ten free admissions to the Northfield Pool.
Third-place winners will receive five free admissions to the Northfield Pool.
What are the requirements?
The poster size must be 8.5” x 11”
Artwork must be original and must not violate U.S. copyright laws.
Please include the following information on the back of the poster: the student's name, grade, teacher’s name, school name, caregiver's email, and phone number.
The poster must represent the theme “Stormwater Pollution Solutions” by including a brief message and/or picture that represents this idea. The image should be large enough to be easily seen and understood. Posters will be judged on originality, artwork, and message delivery. They must also be flat (two-dimensional).
By submitting artwork, the artist grants Clean River Partners and the City of Northfield permission to reproduce and display their artwork. Posters will not be returned.
