MINNESOTA GREENCORPS MEMBER

Isak Gustafson

Isak is a 2026-2027 Minnesota GreenCorps member working with Clean River Partners to help engage the community and create positive change for the area encompassing the Cannon River watershed, including not only the land but the people living there.

Isak loves to travel, both around the world to countries such as Norway and Peru, and to places closer to home like the north shore. He has a special love for Monterey, California and tries to find any reason he can to get out there.

He has always had an affinity for wildlife and the outdoors, growing up only ten minutes from the Minnesota Zoo. Isak later went to high school his junior and senior year on Zoo property at the School of Environmental Studies, and graduated in 2024 from Luther College with an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies and Nordic Studies.
